The Person Behind JazelHouse

I explain home warranty coverage in plain words, so you can judge a plan well before anything in the house gives out.

My story

It Started With a Furnace That Would Not Light

One cold night my furnace quit, and I realized I had no idea what my own plan actually promised. I had coverage on paper, yet the wording read like a puzzle with missing pieces.

So I started keeping notes on how plans describe systems, appliances, wear and exclusions. Those notes slowly became JazelHouse. It is one person writing for homeowners who want clear answers before a repair visit is ever needed.

I do not fix appliances and I do not decide claims. What I can do is help you read a plan with clear eyes and know which questions to bring.

How I work

Three Habits I Keep With Every Question

These shape every page I write and every reply I send.

Read the Terms First

I start with the actual wording of a plan, not the brochure, because the fine print decides what gets fixed.

Plain Answers Only

If an answer needs a glossary, I rewrite it. You should finish reading with fewer questions, not more.

Honest About Limits

I point out what a plan leaves out as clearly as what it includes, so nothing comes as a surprise later on.

Put a Plan Behind Your Home

Choose coverage while the washer still spins and the heat still runs. Deciding without a deadline is always easier.

Who I help

Homeowners at Every Stage

Different houses raise different questions. These are the people I write for most.

First Time Buyers

New keys, unfamiliar appliances. I help you sort out what came with the house and what a plan might pick up.

Owners of Older Homes

Aging systems raise fair questions about age rules and upkeep. I walk through how terms tend to treat them.

Busy Households

When the dishwasher runs every day, a breakdown stings. I keep explanations short so you can decide quickly.

Owners Planning to Sell

Some sellers add coverage before listing. I explain how certain plans can pass along to the next owner.

I will never rush you toward a plan. My job is to make the terms clear enough that the final choice feels fully yours.
